Not in this engagement
Explicitly out of scope.

- Long-term SRE / infrastructure on-call
- Sales engineering or pre-sales support
- Body-shop-style seat-based billing
Common questions
FAQ.
- How is this different from team augmentation?
- Team aug bills for seats and hands back a body. This is billed for an outcome and hands back a shipped thing. The engineers own the product decisions inside the scope they're given.
- What if we want to hire your people?
- Team members are free to go permanent to a client after 12 months of active engagement. Bad for GoAlgo, good for you, but that's the deal.
- Do you take on multiple studio clients in parallel?
- This is deliberately capped at three concurrent studio partnerships. Below capacity, sprints are accepted instead.
- What is the exit clause?
- Either side, 30 days notice. Every quarter is renewed explicitly. No lock-in.
