03C·Product Builds
Full-stack product engineering, from empty repo to running code.
A 6-12 week build that takes an idea from Figma or Notion to a running SaaS product. MVPs, internal tools, portals, dashboards. I run the schedule; the engineers write every line.

The sprint shape
How the engagement runs.
- 01Scope & wireframesWeek 0. The engineers finalize scope, cut anything not shipping in v1, agree the wireframes.
- 02Build weeks 1-4Core data model, auth, primary user flow. Demo end of week 2 and week 4.
- 03Build weeks 5-8Billing, admin, notifications, secondary flows. Weekly demo.
- 04HardenWeeks 9-10. Bug hunt, perf, accessibility, security review.
- 05LaunchDeploy to prod, wire monitoring, onboard your first users with you.
- 06HandoffDocs, runbook, cheat sheet, and two weeks of embedded on-call.
Typical duration
6 - 12 weeks
How it's scoped
One 45-minute scoping call. I name the outcome, the shape, and the fee on that call. Written SOW within 48 hours.
Not in this engagement
Explicitly out of scope.
- Native iOS or Android apps (this team ships web + PWA)
- Machine-learning training pipelines (that's AI Integration Sprints)
- Long-term product management ownership after handoff
- Sales / marketing / GTM execution
Common questions
FAQ.
- What tech stack do you use?
- Default: Next.js + TypeScript + Postgres + Tailwind. The engineers deviate only when the use case demands it. This lets the team move fast and hand off to any competent team.
- Can you build a mobile app?
- The team ships responsive web + PWA. For native iOS/Android, I refer to trusted partners.
- What if scope changes mid-build?
- One scope change per sprint is accommodated via a written change order. Repeated change requests indicate the SOW wasn't tight enough. When that happens, the sprint pauses to re-scope.
- Do you handle design too?
- Yes. Wireframes and functional UI are included. If you need brand-level visual design, a partner designer is brought in.
- What if the build takes longer than 12 weeks?
- Overruns caused by GoAlgo's own estimation are absorbed at no extra cost. Scope creep and blocked-on-you delays are billed separately, transparently.
