- 03Build weeks 5-8Billing, admin, notifications, secondary flows. Weekly demo.
- 04HardenWeeks 9-10. Bug hunt, perf, accessibility, security review.

How we scope
One 45-minute scoping call. We name the outcome, the shape, and the fee on that call. Written SOW within 48 hours.

- What tech stack do you use?
- Default: Next.js + TypeScript + Postgres + Tailwind. We deviate only when the use case demands it. This lets us move fast and hand off to any competent team.
- Can you build a mobile app?
- We ship responsive web + PWA. For native iOS/Android we refer to trusted partners.
- What if scope changes mid-build?
- We accommodate one scope change per sprint via a written change order. Repeated change requests indicate the SOW wasn't tight enough, we pause and re-scope.
- Do you handle design too?
- Yes. Wireframes and functional UI are included. If you need brand-level visual design, we bring in a partner designer.
- What if the build takes longer than 12 weeks?
- We eat overruns caused by our estimation. Scope creep and blocked-on-you delays are billed separately, transparently.
